Overtime has to be pre approve by a director or HR (Ryan, Morten, Lasse, Felipe or Luna)
Overtime will be earned as time off in lieu, meaning paid time off, and needs to be used before end of calendar year. Non used time will be forfeited
Overtime will not automatic count, HR will go over it and send approval by email before it's added in the system
Please always leave a note on why this overtime was needed
